ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartment will be ready at 12 a.m. on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 10 a.m. We need this time frame to clean the apartments for the arriving guests. Thanks for your understanding. In any late arrival after 6 p.m., we ask that you notify us by phone.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
Bookings are considered firm after receipt of the deposit payment of at least 30% of the full arrangement amount.
CANCELLATIONS
What happens if you can't leave for your holidays?
In case of cancellations the following conditions apply: Up to 50 days prior to arrival cancellations and changes to your booking are possible free of charge. Up to 7 days prior to arrival we charge 60% of the total booking amount, within the final week before arrival we charge 80% of the total. In case of sudden early departure or late arrival or no-show we charge 100% of the booking amount. Errors and changes excepted.
